I had 1 MacDonalds cheeseburger & double last night and today I have woken up with headache that painkillers can not move, nausea thirsty, running diarrhoea and stomach pain. The food last night did seem to be colder than just what the drink spilt made it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I went to McDonald's drive through Saturday 4th of July 2026, I ate a 5 pack of chicken selects and chips, that's all I'd had that day. Roughly 6 hours later I began projectile vomiting and diarrhea which lasted 7 hours. I'm severely dehydrated and unable to keep water down still.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration

My son experienced nausea, vomiting, headaches, and severe diarrhea after eating. After bacteriological tests, it turned out to be campylobacter. I also had symptoms but they passed quickly. For a child, it can be dramatic.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache

I had one meal on Monday. I had a medium fry, coke, and double cheeseburger on Monday, and have had extreme stomach pain, fatigue, mild headache, and sweats that evening.
