My husband and I both had spicy chicken sandwich meal between the hours of 8 and 9 PM Friday, Aug 23. However, my husband is the only one with symptoms suggesting employee mishandling of a product. He started feeling nauseous around 11 pm, 2hrs after we ate... See More which is the minimum time for food poisoning to appear. At 12 am Aug. 24th he started puking. I checked for a fever to see if there was a viral issue, but he did not have a fever. At 12:30am he stopped puking and went to bed. At 7am he reports he now feels fine making more inclined to believe it was symptoms of food poisoning and not another pathogen. His total order: Spicy chicken deluxe, fries, and lemonade. The only difference between our meals (since I have no symptoms) is the lemonade. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever See Less

I stopped at a Bob Evans in the Maryland area off I-95 on my way from upstate NY back to college at Florida State University after holidays (2 day drive). I had a garden salad with grilled chicken on it. Fast forward 3-4 hours…I’m going like 80mph... See More on I-95 and just start projectile vomiting all over my car, jacket, clothes, dashboard, steering wheel…EVERYWHERE. I knew immediately that someone had left the chicken out at room temperature at some point instead of refrigerating it (allowing bacteria to make toxins) before it was cooked and I had Staph Aureus food poisoning. Cooking doesn’t destroy the toxins. I stopped in Rocky Mount, NC for the night and spent like 4 hours cleaning up everything the best I could despite it being like 12am. I had to find a car vacuum place. I had to put my super expensive leather winter jacket in a bag and put it in my trunk. I was disgusting and felt like hell. Never went back. Please don’t eat there. I could have crashed my car and died and/or killed others on the road. There were cars all around me doing the same speed. How I didn’t crash is beyond me. Worst ever. | Symptoms: Vomiting See Less

I ordered a number 14 and Carne Asada fries also helped myself to the salsa bar yesterday evening. 3/18

I am not sure it it was the food or the salsa,I woke up early today not feeling too hot,I still came in to work, while working I began... See More feeling nausea and that mouth watering feeling you get prior to throwing up ,fighting it best as I can I ended up throwing up 4 hours into my shift.

The rice and beans on the combination plate seemed to have added salt, not like usual that salt taste has me wondering. The salty taste on the beans and then there is the homeless coming in and digging in the trash can ,getting cups to use for fountain drinks ,the cashier saw it and did not say anything..might be doing ANYTHING to the salsa since it's right there by the door, anyone can put anything in it..they should remove the salsa bar period and just add it to orders. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
