barely keep it together. I knew I was gonna throw up but it was taking time & I didn't know how to make myself throw up. So nauseous & claustrophobic and just sick to my stomach for almost an hour. The white flower oil scent helped me calm down. Rubbed it the part where my belly feels gassy, & actually pushed all the food up, and seconds later I threw up. Then a pause and then threw up again, every last bit I ate. :((( worst feeling in the world. I cried and my whole body was trembling.
