Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

After work, I traveled with my fiance to Columbia Maryland to get dinner. I decided to order a margarita after the Waitress suggested that the margaritas were her favorite. The drink arrived after about 18 minutes. I really like this particular beverage so was excited to taste....I... See More immediately sensed something strange. I mentioned to this to my fiance and then to the waitress. The waitress gestured in an unaccommodating fashion and made a strange face. She asked what was wrong but was very rude. As I begin to feel sick (water mouth, dizzy, etc.). As she was going to get alternative drink, my fiance stopped her. During this situation, I ran to the rest to throw up about times and it smelled JUST like the drink (sour). I was sooo sick. I was mentally upset me because I had no idea what I had just consumed. The manager finally came over after he was ushered over. He wasn't very helpful; suggested I had a "bug" and brought over some sour mix to "proof" that it was freshly made. My guess is that was contaminated. I was sick for two days and still get that watery mouth sensation if I drink or eat. I don't know what to do. I will say that I noticed many partially consumed consumed margarita on tables that had been previously occupied. I should have taken a picture but was dizzy and upset. The manager said he'd call to check....never did. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness See Less

I stopped at a Bob Evans in the Maryland area off I-95 on my way from upstate NY back to college at Florida State University after holidays (2 day drive). I had a garden salad with grilled chicken on it. Fast forward 3-4 hours…I’m going like 80mph... See More on I-95 and just start projectile vomiting all over my car, jacket, clothes, dashboard, steering wheel…EVERYWHERE. I knew immediately that someone had left the chicken out at room temperature at some point instead of refrigerating it (allowing bacteria to make toxins) before it was cooked and I had Staph Aureus food poisoning. Cooking doesn’t destroy the toxins. I stopped in Rocky Mount, NC for the night and spent like 4 hours cleaning up everything the best I could despite it being like 12am. I had to find a car vacuum place. I had to put my super expensive leather winter jacket in a bag and put it in my trunk. I was disgusting and felt like hell. Never went back. Please don’t eat there. I could have crashed my car and died and/or killed others on the road. There were cars all around me doing the same speed. How I didn’t crash is beyond me. Worst ever. | Symptoms: Vomiting See Less
