malaise and slight dizzyness. Three hours after I finished my meal I experienced projectile vomiting without warning. After the first vomiting episode I was confined to my bathroom where for thirty minutes I experienced some of the most unpleasant sensations I've felt in my life. I felt as if I was going to pass out at any moment with horrible dizzyness and nausea. I would vomit every couple minutes (at this point there was nothing in my stomach but acid). I was vomiting so forcefully that by the end of this nightmare my esophagus was damaged, causing some blood to be mixed into the vomit. The beef brisket bowl was the only food I had consumed that day.

I had a bowl with chicken in it and couldn't go to work or anything today. I've been throwing up for 5 hours and I've had awful diarrhea too. I'm in so much pain right now. They need to cook their meat all the way through. This is awful

I ate at a bowl with brown rice black beans steak quac lettuce and tortilla chips from Qdoba at around 5:00 PM 3/8/19 and threw up at 11:30 till 3:30 about 15x and threw up 2x in the morning following having diarrhea 3x..... extremely furious!!!

boyfriend on the other hand ordered a bowl as well. His had steak, brown rice, shredded cheese, queso, corn, quac, lettuce and one of the sauces. We over heard a women saying that her steak tasted funny as we were at the registers but didn’t really think much of it. When he sat down to eat his bowl he said it tasted funny but he continued to eat it thinking that the steak was maybe over cooked. At 11:30pm he started to feel nauseous and was very pale. At 11:35pm the vomiting began. It is now 1:04 and he is still vomiting with diarrhea and a low grade fever of 100.4.
