I was on an 8.5 hour flight from Chicago to London. About 2.5 hours in they bring out dinner. I had never eaten food on a flight before but I was starving so I ate it. It was vegetarian pasta with spinach. Tasted good at the time.

30 minutes later started feeling nauseous. Within an hour I was violently puking in the bathroom. This lasted the entire flight. Puking, thinking I felt better, going back to my seat, only to end up back in the bathroom. One time I was too late and someone was in all the bathroom so I puked in the floor. At the end of the flight when we were about to get off the plane, there were people blocking the entire aisle. Couldn’t get up from my seat so I had to puke in a bag and hold it the entire time I got off the plane and throw it away in the airport. No one from the crew tried to help me in the slightest even though I had my light on for the last 20 minutes unable to move from my seat.

a conversation about anything really. I couldn't speak the language and didnt notice anything off about my food when I picked it up but i also didn't sort through my food to see if i had been poisoned...that was the last meal I had eaten till the next day since my plane landed ar and under midnight. The next day around 11am I started going down hill and gradually got way worse. I lost 15 pounds, I haven't eaten in 6 days and couldn't pee for three I was so dehydrated with severe leg and back cramps. I eat the sandwich on 4- 21-22

only ate about 3 of the hot dog bites because they tasted like chemicals. My boyfriend was complaining of a heavy grease taste. Overall, not a great experience at the start, but we were hungry and in a rush. Once we finally reached our destination, we fell asleep for about an hour. I woke up vomiting every 15 minutes for 4-5 hours and continued to vomit throughout the entire night while having intense diarrhea. I was unable to keep down any form of stomach medication, food, or liquid. My boyfriend wasn’t sick until the morning after. It has been 4 days and we are still feeling under the whether. Weakness, headaches, nausea, and fatigue.

bring me something. About 2 minutes later she came back with a luke warm pastry that had cheese, broccoli and leeks in it. I didn't think anything of it and ate it. (About 8pm.) This was Thursday night. I arrived to Chicago, IL not feeling well. (About an hour after I ate it.) I then flew to Grand rapids, MI. When I landed I felt miserable. It's only gotten worse. No vomiting, but diarrhea, generalized weakness and nausea. My current temperature is 101.1. As of tonight, it will have been 3 days since the symptoms started. My partner did not eat this "pastry" and has not had and issues. I am in so much pain.
