I picked up a heat and eat meal of salmon, zucchini, squash, carrots, peppers, and roasted dill potatoes from the deli for dinner tonight. By 6:30, I had finished almost all of it. With the last bite of fish, I had a sudden twinge of nausea that lasted just a few moments. Brushing it off as just having eaten too much, I went on about my evening. Over the next 5 hours, I began to burp what tasted like the herb mix on the potatoes and pass gas fairly often. Another hour or so later, my stomach was cramping some, then I had to urgently void my bowels (not diarrhea, just had to go RIGHT THEN). Since 9 pm or so, my stomach has hurt, nausea has been increasing, I feel hot and sweaty, and I even had dreams about throwing up even though I don't feel like I actually will at this point. It is a miserable feeling being tired but not being able to sleep. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Gas, Cramps, Diarrhea, Burping, Sweating
