I only ate about a quarter of the quesadilla cause something just told me things weren’t right I came home and felt like I had a fever and my stomach was upset and so I went to bed. I slept all day yesterday and today until 1 o’clock. Today at 1 o’clock when I got up, I was incontinent of stool in my bed on the floor in the bathroom in the shower. The color of the stool was very similar to the color of the spices that she used to cook it. I still have the food if somebody would like to see it. I have not eaten anything since I had the quesadilla at Duffys.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
