that progressed to severe abdominal cramps, nausea, and vomiting through the evening. My wife had no symptoms (and the only time we had different food from each other was at there). At 10pm I was taken to the emergency room, but the symptoms reduced. The examination found no other causes. Overnight the severe abdominal pain returned, but subsided around 6am on Feb 6. On Feb 6 I visited my doctor who sent me for blood work and a CT scan. Based on his exam and the test results, he ruled out other causes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
