since. I was starting to feel better today but I got hungry and got nacho fries and a Mexican pizza from Taco Bell today for dinner. Not even an hour had passed and I’m simultaneously throwing up in a trash can and stuck on the toilet with diarrhea. I feel like I’m dying. I’m not exaggerating.
