December 27th 2022. My Friend and I both got chicken as our protein. He did not have the beans or lettuce but I did. I got very sick and had a terrible stomach ache which lead to vomiting all night. Must’ve been the lettuce :(  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

am in bed. That’s all I ate today. I wanted to report a wondering if anyone else in the area is feeling the same way. I just noticed something when I was in the store and that kind of was had me concerned, but then I didn't pay enough attention to Take action.
I went there between 3-4 pm on Thursday the 3rd, I think it was that the chicken wasn’t cooked throughout, when I was waiting to order my attention shifted onto the new batch of chicken that was cooking on the grill , the way they flipped the chicken didn’t look cooked throughout, but then I just went on about my business but I had that thought for a second that it looked like it needed more time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Chills
