Saturday, September 4th I had the grill cheese and tomato soup bread bowl. In addition, I got the pepperoni and cheese flat bread. Within a few hours I started feeling nausea and stomach pain and later in the night I got diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
