October 1, 2023, Opened container and tasted it. Thought it was my taste buds. After a few tastes realized it was bad. Been sick with stomach cramps, diarrhea, upset stomach and rectal bleeding. Still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain

random check in a North Carolina state vehicle for an hour before doing the random check. I know because I was on the phone with her. I’m sure the restaurant knew she was there and had plenty of time to correct any violations. I think this locations owner has friends in the health department.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
