Ate a Deluxe McChicken. Within 1 to 2 hours, started having stomach cramps. Have had diarrhea and stomach cramps all the following day.
Daughter also had a Deluxe McChicken. She has had just stomach cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

the er, and I had to call off work to be home with the kids. He was diagnosed with food poisoning. We ordered food at 1pm and got there to pick it up about 1:30pm. nothing about this. The manager on site did NOTHING.
Their corporate said oh, well we'll get back to you to see what we could do. They said it might not even be food poisoning and it could have just been a virus I had and the sushi brought it out of me. I was APALLED!!!! I asked if she was a doctor, she said no. I said so then let's stick to the doctors who actually treated me. She told me doctors blame a lot on food poisoning when in fact it is not. She also mentioned that since they hadn't had an illness from Sushi since 2016 she doesnt think the Sushi made me sick.

diarrhea and vomiting. I then developed a fever, chills and weakness. I am on day 3, and although I am starting to feel better, I am still feeling pangs of repercussions. I am dehydrated and my head hurts. I can't get hydrated. Could it have been something else? Maybe. But I doubt it. I live in close proximity to 6 other people and I work in a crowded office.
