Bacon Food Poisoning

Even though bacon is salt-cured to help prevent soiling, it is still possible to get food poisoning from bacon. Eating undercooked bacon can cause illness, such as toxoplasmosis, trichinosis, and tapeworms. Some of the symptoms of bacon food poisoning can be nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever.

I ate the original chicken sandwich, whopper cheese jr with bacon, and onion rings with bbq sauce. Woke up at 4am with trapped gas pain. Went from constipation to diarrhea. It's now 6:30 and still going on with painful cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Constipation

(other foods consumed that day were deemed “safe” after much discussion as they were all cleanly prepared at home). I suspected I had food poisoning before but this experience let me know that no, THIS is food poisoning.
