I had dinner at Carmines 2/4/24 430-5 pm. Ordered fried calamari, baked clams, rigatoni Bolognase and meatballs. Felt ill within the hour. 2-3 hours later projectile violent vomiting, diarrhea, headache. Vomiting on and off throughout the night. Just resting today. Feel beat up.
