You can get food poisoning from bread. Food safety concerns with bread come from mishandling and include mold growth, staph contamination, and undercooked dough. Food poisoning symptoms can occur as soon as 30 mins after eating and can include nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea.

The chicken was fully cooked but I’m thinking of cross contamination. I actually had the same thing the day before and had no problems at all. I always liked this DQ because their food actually has a good taste unlike the other ones in the area, but I will not be returning. Monday night about 4 hours after eating at Panera Bread Toasted steak and cheese with pickled onions and horse I haven't vomited in nearly 40 years when I had food poisoning then.
