Burger Food Poisoning

It is possible to get food poisoning from burgers. Each ingredient in a burger can present its own food poisoning risk. Lettuce and vegetables are high risks of bacterial contamination and undercooked ground beef is commonly associated with E. coli with symptoms such as vomiting and bloody diarrhea.

After almost 4 hours of eating cheese burger from in-n-out, in North- Hollywood, I had a very bad stomach pain and diarrhea. I could not even sleep last night and this morning around 11:00 am, I am still having stomach pain and diarrhea.
