I work in transport so I'm often getting food on the go. Last tuesday I stopped at the Shell Petrol Station at Cobham Services. I had a bacon and cheese turnover and a sausage roll from the Jamie Oliver range available. This would be the last food... See More I would keep down for the next 4 days. What followed was the worst sickness I have ever experienced. After 2 days of waking up every hour or so like clockwork to evacuate myself, I assumed I'd be over the worst of it and struggled through to a weekend long festival I'd had planned for the best part of a year as I didn't want to cancel and let my girlfriend down since it was her first festival. I spent the next few days feeling just as bad and came close to going to a&e out of fear that the dehydration and lack of any food was getting to a dangerous point. Thankfully it didn't come to that, but the festival was ruined for myself and my girlfriend regardless since I could barely move for half of it. I can still taste the cheese sauce from that turnover and thinking about it makes me gag. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration See Less
