Previous priority foundation violations not corrected from 03/13/2024 report# 2590966 as follows: #49: instructed to clean and maintain the following: exterior surfaces of cooking equipment to remove grease and food particles, interior bottom of fryers, areas between fryers, woks and stove, exterior surfaces of refrigeration units and interiors of refrigeration and freezer units, exterior surfaces of storage containers, bottoms and tops of prep tables, rolling carts and storage racks. #55: still observed build up of grease, food residue, and debris on floors and walls throughout entire kitchen.
