    Canned and frozen corn could be the cause of food poisoning. Canned corn has been recalled numerous times for Clostridium botulinum contamination, which results in a botulism infection. Similarly, frozen corn has been recalled on several occasions for Listeria contamination. Both infections can result in severe illness.

Over 200 droppings in the kitchen: on top shelves by stored food, under cooking equipment, dishroom, corners and along baseboard walls. Also inside the cabinets under the buffet line and under booths in dining area. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize throughout the premises. Today we still observed over 100 mice dropping throughout the premises: on shelf under prep table by the opened foods and in containers and fryer cabinets, under booths and along walls in both dining areas. Inside cabinets under the buffet line, storage area, dishmachine area. Observed two live roaches: one on floor under the cooking equipment and one on shelf in the kitchen. Priority foundation violation:7-42-090. Must eliminate all pest activity. Clean and maintain all floors, walls, equipment etc. Priority violation: 7-42-090. On 3-15-2024 returned on site per manager request via email. Still we observed over 60 mice droppings in dining areas (under the booths), one live adult roach inside the cabinet under the beverage station. Mice droppings in the kitchen scattered on shelves, on the woks/cooking equipment, on portable carts with clean and dirty gray containers. Must eliminate all pest activity. Clean and maintain all floors, walls, equipment etc. Priority violation: 7-42-090.
