My son ate chicken nuggets and French fries for dinner and woke up at 3am throwing up. He didn't have a fever and everything looked like French fries and chicken nuggets coming up. He continued to throw up for the next 6 hours until it is just liquid now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

a warming lamp, open in a cardboard dish, accessible to patrons, no wrapper, no production time, no label of any kind. There was no worker present to make sure this open, unlabeled food wasn't tampered with. French fries and chicken are always sold like this. I've never had the severe, catastrophic diarrhea that I'm having right now from their food before, so I figured it was okay to purchase and eat them. I purchased the chicken tenders at 11 am, and at 1 pm I am having severe gastrointestinal issues. It is complicated by the fact that I am at work, which makes this doubly horrible.
