During Saturday night husband had the same & same on Sunday. Monday morning headaches, little fever & weak all over. Do I go to doctors to make sure no long effects??

receipt. We ordered different meals and I had the meal with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and shrimp Alfredo.
Everything tasted good. I began exhibiting symptoms that early evening with a severe headache-later followed by violent vomiting, fever, diarrhea, dizziness, numbness in the face, body aches and extreme fatigue. From Saturday 2/4/23 to today 2/8/23 have not been well. Today is the first day I've kept down food and haven't ran a fever. I still am lethargic, dizzy and numbness in my face. My family did not eat anything that I had and no one else has gotten sick making me think that this is not just the flu. I wanted to make someone aware while also inquire if anyone else has reported feeling ill from the weekend. I would appreciate a call or email to my provided into above. We are now both in the ER, my wife may have a sort of sepsis. Results pending. Post ER report: two IV fluids, one IV antibiotics, Tylenol to fight the fever, another med to help the nausea, abdominal ultrasound to rule out any other causes, and 2-3 hours monitor before discharge. to an hour later I took a sip of my unsweetened tea and thru up in my plate. I felt the coleslaw may have been the issue because it tasted odd and I sent it back, within about an hour I was vomiting in my dish.
