pot Roast,corn bread not the muffins.Mac and cheese and green bean casserole. Mother had baked chicken ,potatoes and gravy and green beans.And a dessert of Chocolate cake. We didn't even make it passed the town of Gladewater where we had to stop at the gas station because I crapped my pants was highly acidic very uncomfortable. Butthole hurts.I just wonder if anyone else got sick too. rarely order Doordash but did so Sunday, 1-21. We ate at 6:30 pm. My mother had chicken, reg. mashed pot. and gravy. I ate chicken, spinach souffle and sweet potato casserole. I made pancakes for both of us the next morning . . .at approximately 10:30 I started to get nauseous and by 11:30 I began projectile vomiting. I had numerous episodes and suffered extreme hot/freezing cold chill episodes in between vomiting. At about 8 pm my sister attempted to take me to the er, however when I got there, the er had a 6-1/2 hour wait. Vomiting did not subside until around 4am. By that time, diaria had kicked in. I finally felt the nausea lift around 6:30 pm on Tuesday, 1-23. I would like to point out that my mother did not get sick at all and would not have survived a food poisoning like I experienced.. I ordered Boston Market through Door Dash on Sunday 1-21-24 and confirmed with Door Dash that my meal came from the Park Ridge location for Boston Market  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Other

- comments: 4-301. 11 observed the 2-door prep cooler with an air temperature of 46f and the open display cooler next to the front door with an air temperature of 61f. The coolers were used to store tcs foods such as eggs and cheese. The 2 door prep cooler was previously tagged on 1/8/24 and was used to store tcs foods such as italian beef and cheese. Management instructed to repair and maintain the cooler below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approx. 30 mouse and rat droppings in the retail area of the store underneath the snack shelves on the floor, on the floor behind the ice freezer, around the hot water heater and mop sink and outside of the rear exit door. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings throughout the premises. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: 4-101. 11 observed frozen meat stored in a plastic grocery bag inside the freezer in the food prep area. Management instructed to use only food-grade storage bags or containers.

- comments: 4-602. 13 clean the interior of the prep coolers, freezer, microwave, prep tables, and deep fryers in the food prep area.

after I had eaten this meal. When I had gotten home in the afternoon, after school, I notice that I had small pains in my stomach but didn’t think much of it and had a nap. When I had woken up these pain had intensified and I was feeling sick. For the next 4 hours I had thrown up a maximum of 13 time and on multiple occasions shat myself. There is no other explanation than to point fingers at this KFC. Disgusting. It is the next day now and I am starting to feel better however last night it had got so bad that I had vomitted blood.
