Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

were boiling the pasta there were a couple of black specs. I told him those were weevil bugs (eat pasta, rice, oats ect) we googled the safety of eating food with weevils in it. Said was safe. and picked them out.

helped eat the appetizer and all was fine, but I ate my brussel sprouts and approximately three bites of my steak before I began to feel “weird.” I stopped eating and went to sit in the car while my partner paid. An hour or so later once we were at home, I was exhausted and wanted to do nothing but sleep while my partner was fine. Went to work the next day and was incredibly nauseous and just overall exhausted, and I ended up throwing up later that day. I’m now on day 2 of this mystery illness and I feel like I’ve been run over by an eighteen wheeler, all while my partner is healthy.
