experienced the most severe vomiting I have ever experienced. I vomited at least two more times over the next couple of hours. Today I feel week and tired and have no desire to eat, but I have not vomited since 3am today.
I ate at this restaurant with two other people who had different items and neither of them got sick or felt sick.
I had a steak and cheese sandwich with mayonnaise and 3 packets of sealed Chahula hot sauce. I had a sealed bag of salt and vinegar potato chips and a fountain drink mix of non-sweetend ice tea and zero calorie lemonade, that I shared with one of the people who I dined with, again, that person did not get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
