- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site with valid original certificate posted for public view while preparing and serving tcs foods (sliced deli meat, italian beef, ground beef, nachoi …

- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on site during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 70 small rodent droppings underneath all three chip racks in the grocery area of the store and in between shelving units in the prep area scattered on the floor. Instructed to remove, clean, and sanitize said areas. It is recommended to contact pest control for service. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed cutting boards with dark stains and deep grooves. Instructed to replace and maintain surfaces that are easily cleanable
