Vomiting was so violent that it continued even after there was seemingly nothing left in me. Anything I ate earlier that day was also consumed by others and no one else was sick. I'm the only one that had Wendy's that night. I honestly can't find anything else to blame. Onset was 3-4 hours after eating, and my final vomiting session was just about 12 hrs after onset.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

doc and got 3-day course of Azithromycin. Symptoms lessened, but still in pain. Have lost time at work etc from all of this.
