Got a lemonade slush and cheddar peppers. That was the only real food i ate that day. Carried on for the next 12 hours of my day feeling fine. then right before bed i my stomach started churning so badly. know it is possible for me to have gotten sick. I did not appreciate her dismissal. I had severe vomiting and diarrhea for the past 2 days. When I initially bit into my pepperoni Stromboli it was cold. It's possible I did not get sick from there, but they were the only place I ate from up to that point. Wednesday 3/27 I got mozzarella sticks, a Dr Pepper, and a m&m blast. Within a few hours I was having diarrhea and then I vomited it all up. Fried mozzarella looks terrible when you vomit, btw. I was up the whole night, unable to keep ANY fluids down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Manager discarded all items, a combined weight of approximately 30lbs. Valued at approximately $100. 00. Instructed to monitor and keep cold foods at 41f or less. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued
