with honey mustard dressing on the side. The romaine leaves were pulled rather than cut away from the stalk. The still retained the orangey color on the remains of the stalk. I didn't eat this part of the lettuce, however it was combined, so hard to eat around bad parts of lettuce. I had stomach pains about 1 hour after eating & spent the late afternoon, evening & night vomiting (at least 20 times) followed by diarrhea. ate only the lettuce itself three times and every time I got sick with the same symptoms. I got two separate deliveries from Walmart for lettuce from Bonipak. One was from Walmart at 16th avenue and Bethany Home road in Phoenix Arizona and the other bag was from Walmart on stapley and baseline in Mesa Arizona both Bonipak. The second was Greenleaf lettuce.
