The product in question is the smoked salmon (all cuts) sold individually by Étoile Waldman Inc. The salmon was packaged in a styrofoam tray covered with clear plastic wrap and sold in a refrigerated state. Units sold until April 3, 2024.

If you have this product at home, do not consume it and we recommend returning it to the store where it was purchased. The recall was initiated by the operator as a precautionary measure.
