    - comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods stored inside of a refrigerator across from the front serving line. The following foods where found out of compliance: shredded rotisserie chicken (48. 5-49. 6f), eggs (45. 0f), chicken teriyaki chicken (48. 7f), buffalo chicken (47. 6f), and shredded lettuce (44. 7f). Manager discarded approximately 18lbs at $85 worth of product. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued

    - comments: observed improper temperature of refrigerator at 46. 0f with tcs foods stored inside for sale. A held for inspection tag has placed on unit. Review comments for tag removal instructions. Must have cold holding units at 41. 0f or below. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued

    - comments: observed evidence of pest activity. Observed approximately 45 mice droppings throughout the rear food prep area. The following areas were observed with mice droppings: on the floors near the orange carbon dioxide tanks near the 1 compartment sink in the dishwashing area, under and on the sides of the floors where the metal shelving units and food prep table in the rear hallway near the dishwashing area, in the cabinet under the handwahsing sink in the front food prep area, in the lower cabinets under the register and the front hot and cold holding units behind boxes. Instructed to eliminate evidence of pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued

    - comments: observed a leak at the wash compartment of the three compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain.

    - comments: observed the floors and the floor drains under the three compartment sink with debris. Instructed to clean and maintain said floors.
