Ended up in the hospital dehydrated and couldn't keep anything down. The doctors at A&E said it was food poisoning and the last thing eaten was Taco Bell fast food from the Chelmsford Essex branch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
